Optum Network–Oregon is a patient-centric, physician-led, independent association of physicians building collaborative relationships to improve the health of our communities. We support clinicians across Oregon in caring for their UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage patients. OCN PNW Grant Program
Optum Care Network PNW is offering grant funding to support network practices in developing and implementing innovative projects that improve the quality or efficiency of patient care. This program is available to all OCN contracted primary and specialty care practices in Washington. Grants may be used to fund programs supporting Medicare Advantage members and Medicaid members in Washington.
