6 key proposed changes for 2027
On January 26, 2026, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the 2027 Advance Notice for Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D plan sponsors (“health plans”), along with a draft of 2027 Part D Redesign Program Instructions. As always, these changes contain a mix of both opportunities and challenges that plans will need to assess and develop strategies to address.
