On January 10, 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the 2026 Advance Notice for Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D plan sponsors (“health plans”), along with a draft of 2026 Part D Redesign Program Instructions. As always, these changes contain a mix of both opportunities and challenges that plans will need to assess and develop strategies to address.
