Whether through lack of knowledge of available resources, the disruptions common to an active duty lifestyle or other systemic shortfalls, our service members, Veterans and their families often find it difficult to access and navigate crucial health services. 

Optum Serve is proud to work with the U.S. Departments of Veterans Affairs, Defense and other agencies to modernize the U.S. health system and improve the well-being of those who serve. We have conducted comprehensive research into the unmet needs of active and former service members and their families and have identified seven areas where meaningful, systemic improvement is possible.
