Optum Care Network gave me stability. It gave me some freedom to just focus on my practice and do what I'm good at, which is seeing patient and just treating them.

I enjoy seeing my senior patient and every time I can make them happy, every time I can give what they need, of course, I cannot only do it by myself. I need to have my team, and not only my staff, but the network, especially the Optum network, they're always there for me.

We know there's a contact person that they will assign to us that will facilitate a lot of things that we need for the benefit of the patient. They're happy to assist us. And that makes us feel at peace because we know that the patient is being taken care of. In the end, the patient wins. But also for our practice, they gave us stability. I love what I do, but I even love more what I do because of the support that I have.
