Ebglyss® (lebrikizumab-lbkz) – Updated dosing
June 9, 2026 - Eli Lilly announced the FDA approval of a regimen of one maintenance dose every 8 weeks for Ebglyss (lebrikizumab-lbkz), for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 40 kg whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable.

Keytruda® (pembrolizumab) and Keytruda Qlex™ (pembrolizumab/berahyaluronidase alfa-pmph) plus Welireg (belzutifan) – Expanded indication
June 12, 2026 - The FDA announced the approval of Merck’s Keytruda (pembrolizumab) and Keytruda Qlex (pembrolizumab/berahyaluronidase alfa-pmph), each in combination with Welireg (belzutifan), for the adjuvant treatment of adult patients with renal cell carcinoma with a clear cell component (ccRCC) at intermediate-high or high risk of recurrence following nephrectomy, or following nephrectomy and resection of metastatic lesions.

Truqap® (capivasertib) – New indication
June 12, 2026 - The FDA announced the approval of AstraZeneca’s Truqap (capivasertib), in combination with abiraterone and prednisone, for treatment of adult patients with metastatic androgen pathway modulation-naïve or -sensitive (mAPMN/S) prostate cancer that is PTEN-deficient as detected by an FDA-authorized test.

June 12, 2026 - The FDA announced the approval of Sanofi’s Tzield (teplizumab-mzwv), to delay the decline in endogenous insulin production in pediatric patients aged 8 to 17 years recently diagnosed with Stage 3 type 1 diabetes (T1D).

Haleon – Recall of Gas-X (simethicone) Extra Strength Softgels
June 4, 2026 - Haleon announced a voluntary, consumer level recall of four lots of Gas-X (simethicone) Extra Strength Softgels 125 mg because of potential contamination with a diluted propylene glycol-based coolant from a machine leakage during the packaging process.

Pfizer – Discontinuation of Vizimpro® (dacomitinib) tablets
June 8, 2026 - Pfizer announced a business decision to discontinue Vizimpro (dacomibinib) tablets. Vizimpro is not being discontinued for reasons of safety or effectiveness.

Bosulif® (bosutinib) – First-time generic
June 13, 2026 - Dr. Reddy’s launched MSN’s AB-rated generic version of Pfizer’s Bosulif (bosutinib) 400 mg tablets. Alembic launched AB-rated generic versions of Bosulif 100 mg and 500 mg tablets.
