How are hospital and health system leaders navigating razor-thin margins? To find out, Optum and Becker's Hospital Review conducted an advisory call with CEOs, CFOs and vice presidents of finance and operations from health systems across the country.
Participants shared their perspectives on contributing factors to margin pressures. They also discussed actions hospitals and health systems can take to address these challenges and their outlook for the future.
