Everyone really deeply cares about the job they're doing to provide better quality of life and better health care to everyone they're serving. Personally, I see this with Medicare age parents and in laws who are navigating a fragmented health care system. Very little care coordination, understanding if a procedure is even covered, if a device is even covered, misinformation, nowhere to go to get accurate information. When you're dealing with a medical issue, it's just an added stress that's probably really unnecessary.
